Judge orders Idaho Falls man to file income tax returns
BOISE, IDAHO — Sept. 20, 2011 — Seventh District Judge Jon J. Shindurling has ordered an Idaho Falls resident to file his tax returns for two years, according to the Idaho State Tax Commission.
Judge Shindurling issued an order to compel Donald C. Miller to file tax returns for 2008 and 2009. Miller has until Sept. 30 to comply with the judge’s order.
Court files show that Miller had income of $41,362 for 2008 and $34,310 for 2009.
Anyone who is behind in filing Idaho tax returns can learn how to catch up by visiting the Tax Commission’s website at tax.idaho.gov and clicking on “Forgot to file?” in the “Quick Picks” section.
