New page about "Local Sales Tax" added to website

We’ve added a new page to our website, called “Local Sales Tax,” which you can find on the drop-down menus under both the “Individuals” and “Businesses” tabs. This new page explains that some Idaho resort cities, one county, and three auditorium districts have a local sales tax in addition to the state sales tax.
