Form 49ER Recapture of Qualified Investment Exemption From Property Tax Revised

Instructions for Idaho Form 49ER, page 2, Average Property Tax Levies, has been revised to correct the average overall rates by county only. The Form 49ER and the statewide average urban rate did not change.
